Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at returns@hypefitness.net within 3 business days upon the delivery date.

All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right according to the sizing instructions provided, in case the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, or if you don’t like it anymore.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Hype Fitness and product tags attached.

Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service. Hype Fitness will not be held responsible for such misconduct of it’s goods.

All returns are subject to exchange for another size or product within the same price range, or a full refund excluding the shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Hype Fitness does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
However, if it is determined that the fault is in our part (damaged or wrong item), the shipping costs will be covered by us.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Hype Fitness reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Final Sale Items

Bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. 

Returns/Exchanges by Mail

Before returning an item please email us within 3 days upon the delivery date at returns@hypefitness.net explaining why are you returning it.
Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving an email from us.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
